Beta โ€” Push-Up Battle is being tested with a small group of friends. These pages may change before the public release; if they do, the app will ask you to accept the new version.

1. Who is responsible

The Push-Up Battle team, Israel, is responsible for your data. Contact: pushupsbattle@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

3. What we don't collect

Camera video never leaves your phone. The push-up counter runs entirely on your device. We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers.

4. Why we use it

To run your account, show results and leaderboards to the players in your lobbies, keep the competition fair, and keep the service working and secure.

5. Who can see it

Other players can see your username, your Game ID and your results in lobbies you are part of. Only your accepted friends can see whether you're online and when you were last seen. Your email is never shown to other players.

6. Where it is stored

Data is stored with our hosting provider Supabase, in its Asia Pacific (Sydney, Australia) region. The app itself is served by Vercel. Sign-in is handled by Google.

7. How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Deleting your account (Profile โ†’ Delete account) permanently removes your account, profile, results, friends and points history.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and ask us questions about it, by contacting pushupsbattle@gmail.com. Depending on where you live you may have further rights (e.g. under the GDPR).

9. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, the App will ask you to accept the new version.
