Beta — Push-Up Battle is being tested with a small group of friends. These pages may change before the public release; if they do, the app will ask you to accept the new version.

1. Who we are

Push-Up Battle (“the App”) is operated by the Push-Up Battle team, Israel (“we”, “us”). Contact: pushupsbattle@gmail.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App. We may update these Terms; when we do, the App will ask you to accept the new version.

3. Who can use the App

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country). You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. One account per person.

4. Health and safety

The App is for fun and fitness motivation only and is not medical advice. Exercise at your own risk. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Place your phone safely and make sure your exercise area is clear. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury resulting from use of the App.

5. How counting works

Push-ups are counted by software on your phone using the camera. Counting may occasionally be inaccurate. Camera video is processed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

6. Fair play

Don't cheat — for example by filming a video or screen, using someone else to do your push-ups, tampering with the App, or manipulating results. We may remove results, remove players from lobbies, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules or abuse other players.

7. Your content and behaviour

Usernames and lobby names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or infringe anyone's rights. We may change or remove them. Be respectful to other players.

8. The App is free

The App is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete account). This permanently deletes your account and results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
